NEW CLASSES & TIMETABLE! The timetable has been amended and classes changed to better suit the students:
The Lil Warriors (Ages 4-6) & the Dragon Warriors (Ages 6-14) have been combined for now at 6pm Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. This has been a resounding success with awesome classes no kid would want to miss so far! - If you would like to bring your child to this class a free private class is required first for your child to get used to the academy and try it! This private class is again free, simply contact the academy at:

NEW ONE MMA FITNESS - Monday, Wednesday @ 8pm

This is an incredible work-out of a class that focuses on developing the fitness required to advance in your MMA training! Whether you do MMA or not or are a beginner or advanced student, this class is a must! But after the class you will feel incredible! Utilizing circuit training with contact MMA techniques and pad-work to explode your fitness to the next level! Simply drop by a class and try it free on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm! ONE CONATACT MMA & SELF DEFENCE - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 8pm

For beginners and advanced, this class will teach you the true arts of mixed martial arts - well beyond that of standard MMA gyms who believe it is simply all fighting. Learn the traditions, beauty and devastating power of the true MMA whilst getting into the best shape of your life in a great, respectful and friendly environment. Also develop world leading, practical self defence that works which is taught to armies, police forces and body-guards the world over! This self defence is so easy anyone can do it but most dont because they don't know how! Mr MacBenns' professional ability to push everyone in this class allows you to get stuck in whatever your current fitness / MMA level, background or ability. Try it out at the next class for free and change your life forever! ONE CONTACT SPARRING - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 8pm

An extension to the ONE CONTACT MMA & SELF DEFENCE CLASS, attendance to this class prior is a pre-requisite of training in the ONE - CONTACT SPARRING class. MMA sparring can take many different forms and is the only way to truely get the benefits of MMA fitness to the max! There is no better or fun work out than sparring!!! All done professionally and respectfully with minimal risk of injury, sparring can take the forms of jujitsu and submission wrestling to judo and Sambu throws to Muay Thai kick boxing to all-out MMA sparring. This is mind-blowing training and a phenomenal way to round of a nights training! STRIKE & SPIRIT CLASSES! - Tuesday / Thursday @ 7pm

Dont forget to check out Mrs MacBenn's phenomenal STRIKE (Zero Contact, High Intensity, MMA & Fitness Training), and SPIRIT (Energizing and Invigorating blend of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Well-Being training), classes on Tuesday (STRIKE) and THURSDAY (SPIRIT) at 7pm.
