You cannot lose yourself in a relationship when your focus is on God.

So many people enter relationships with the fear of losing themselves or avoid getting into a relationship due to the fear of loss. That fear exists because they’ve forgotten their purpose, their connection to God, and started living for someone or something else.

When a man becomes your source of aliveness,
when a partner becomes the center of your world,
you inevitably lose connection to your own.
Truthfully, anything not anchored in God will crumble.

When you begin to lose yourself in a relationship, it’s a sign you’ve lost your connection to God. You’ve made someone or something else your God, and in doing so, you’ve stepped out of the aliveness that flows from divine love.

In true divine union, God is your anchor. When you are anchored in God, you are anchored in self. When you come together with someone else anchored in God, you now have a trajectory.
Two souls don’t come together to complete one another—they complement one another.

Their shared foundation is God:
🌹 The source.
🌹 The guide.
🌹 The ultimate beloved.

When God is at the center:
Love transcends need, fear, and attachment.
Life moves in harmony.

For the past 6 years I have been hosting international retreats around the world! I love supporting others to feel safe to open their hearts and step into full self expression and these retreats have been the anchor to my dharma in the world.

Right after facilitating alongside Porangui in Tulum over New Years Eve last year, I hosted a retreat.

It was hands down one of the most incredible experiences that I have ever had. We saw our vision come to life after a year of putting it together and something became so clear... this is the way it is meant to be. For the last few years, we have been creating this company from the feminine energy completely, listening deeply, channeling wisdom, developing models from kundalini awakenings… and we have been in full trust as to how it all comes together. Yet we’ve reached that point where it’s finally the way it was always meant to be. And my heart feels so surrendered.

Right after the retreat, I said, I wish I could feel this feeling forever. I wish I could live this connected to source. This open in my heart. It felt like an Ayahuasca ceremony filled with love and truth. The group felt like soul family. I wanted to anchor that state of new normal. I sat in the feeling, let it flood my system, and felt my cells upgrading to a new resonance. I felt my capacity for giving and receiving love expanding viscerally.

And soon after, my entire life began meeting me in that feeling. A beautiful partner came into my world. My business expanded. And my creativity opened.

What I do know to be true is that I am here to help people belong. To help people feel like they have a place to be loved and seen completely. To come as they are, heart to heart, to open into love. As a species we are here to remove all blocks of love. I am deeply proud of our group for leaning in FULLY and going all in with this retreat.

You know something is right for you when your heart feels at home and strangers become family within days.

To be a good teacher, you must be willing to become a student again.

I’ve been a seeker for most of my adult life...Eating up books about communication techniques, how to have healthy relationships, ta***ic teachings and personal development. Brene Brown, The Gottmans and David Deida lined the small shelves in my tiny apartments, between the ages of 23-31.

Equipped with all my knowledge, I leapt out fearlessly into the world, ready to battle every narcissist and violent word I came across...
And found myself lost in an endless power struggle between the human imperfections of the men that I loved and my own ego’s idea of “the way it should be”.

Over and over again, I tried to be the hero so that I could finally be the damsel and found a dragon hiding inside every prince.

“Is there such a thing as too much knowledge?” I asked a friend one day, “Because I feel like all my frameworks are actually choking my ability to be in connection.”

And I was right. The more I tried to enforce my frameworks, the more the power struggle deepened. By taking on the role of teacher, I was loosing the very polarity I was trying to create in my relationships.

“RECEIVE WOMAN. Stop trying to be in control,” my friend responded to me.

And my ego screamed back “But I know what is right!”

But I told it to shut up. And I took a step back.

What does it mean to meet someone where they are at? To lay down all my knowledge, as a teacher and become a student with them. To really look at the truth that when faced with the imperfect reality of a human that I love, I am powerless to change them.

Love is the only real tool that I have.

So I called in my teachers. To sit at the feet of their wisdoms next to the man that I loved. To take off the mantle of my ego and walk humbly, willing to receive as an equal on this journey.

To become a better teacher, I became the student again.

And we both began to grow.

When is the last time you went back to the beginning? Dove back into the depths of the work you “already completed”, to find the wisdoms hiding there that are timeless and true. The work is never beneath us. To reset, you have to be willing to go back to the beginning.
