Today, November 1st, 2025, our Civil Technology students had an incredibly valuable Guest Speaker Session!

We were honored to host Mr. Muhammad Asif, Senior Surveyor, and Engr. Muhammad Bilal, Manager Operations, from the Tunneling Institute of Pakistan (TIP).

The session provided cutting-edge, practical insights into the modern world of surveying and project operations, focusing on the sophisticated use of:

🛰️ D-GPS (Differential Global Positioning System): Understanding its high-precision applications.

🚁 Drone Survey Techniques: Exploring how aerial technology is revolutionizing data collection and project monitoring.

Our students gained valuable knowledge straight from industry experts, bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world ex*****on. A huge thank you to Mr. Asif and Engr. Bilal for sharing their expertise!

🎓 Interactive Online Session at GCT Taxila

An interactive online session was held at Government College of Technology, Taxila, where Chairman TEVTA interacted with the students and their parents who will soon pursue their advanced studies in China. This wonderful initiative is the result of the continued dedication and collaboration between TEVTA and TANG, aimed at promoting technical excellence and international learning opportunities.

During the same event, Regional Director (RD North) was present at GCT Taxila. Following the session, he visited the Civil Department, where he appreciated the faculty and staff for successfully launching the new CBT&A-based course, designed to enhance practical training and meet modern industry needs.

One of our talented students has secured 1st Position in Advanced Construction Technology 🎉. For this remarkable achievement, he has been awarded a Gold Medal along with prizes (cheques) from TEVTA and the Punjab Board of Technical Education. 👏👏

This student completed two years of study at GCT Taxila College and one year in China under the dual degree program between Pakistan and China.

We are truly proud of his dedication and hard work! 🌟

Yesterday, staff members from the Land Information and Management System (LIMS), Pakistan. *Muhammd Saleem Amjid & Muhammad Awais* visited the Civil Department of Government College of Technology, Taxila.
During their visit, these guest speakers delivered a detailed session on Civil 3D, GIS, and GNSS software.
The 2nd-year and 3rd-year students attended this session, which proved to be highly informative and valuable for their learning.
