Pan American School System welcomed Celina González and Eloísa Martínez from Glow Riot for an inspiring learning experience focused on understanding how the brain works and how our internal states influence our emotions, behaviors, and relationships. 💙
Through neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and principles inspired by Conscious Discipline®️, our participants explored how meaningful change starts with ourselves. 🌱
When adults learn to recognize and regulate their own states, we can respond differently, connect more deeply, and better support our students. 🤝📚
