I started in car sales— my first 100k+ business.

Selling came so naturally to me it was almost annoying because I was starving for something that would challenge me.

So I did what you do when you’re 20-something and you are successful without really ‘trying’— I rode that high straight into the ground, always trying to do more, better.

Six figures came, & the money meant nothing because I wasn’t even remotely fulfilled. I felt like a hamster on a wheel.

I got stir crazy in a way I couldn’t explain to anyone. I didn’t want a vacation. I wanted to be anywhere, everywhere but where I was, all at once.

So I started a professional house sitting business.

And I accidentally scaled THAT to six figures too, which is honestly still funny to me because how?

Meanwhile — because apparently I cannot ever just do one thing at a time — I was building a fitness coaching business, teaching women how to gain weight without self-sabotaging.

And that’s where I found the thing that changed everything.

Because I kept watching brilliant coaches, women who were genuinely INSANELY GOOD at what they did, try a bunch of scaling BS that was never built for them.

Recycled scripts. Recycled funnels. Recycled everything. And then blaming themselves when it didn’t work.

NOBODY was talking about it.

Not one person was saying the obvious thing: that identity is the single biggest variable in business strategy, and there was NO framework anywhere for building a scaling strategy that actually matched who you are.

So I built it.

On paper it looks like someone who couldn’t pick a lane.
In reality it’s four businesses that taught me the same lesson from four completely different angles — the strategy only ever works when it’s built out of the person running it.

That very uncertain, stir crazy girl on the car lot had no idea she was collecting the pieces to build a solution to a problem people didn’t even know existed.
