Get out into the barrios!
Come along with me on a private morning drive through numerous barrios outside El Centro for a 10+year history of San Miguel's Street Art movement - murals, artists, projects, changing neighborhoods.
Perfect for those unable to hike all the hills and cobblestones!
This has been my very special San Miguel experience since securing the permission in 2013 for legal painting on the streets with the first Muros en Blanco Street Art festival. ❤️
Pick-up at a convenient location. Drop-off most often at a chosen restaurant for lunch, makes for a very nice day.
Always with a cooler full of cold drinking waters.
Approx 3.5 hours, 1-3 passengers (sometimes 4), 2000 pesos per drive (not per person).

The very magical beginning back in 2013.

CHANGES!...and Update
Before 2013, street art was not permitted in San Miguel de Allende. After many months advocating for legal street art, permission was finally granted with the first Muros en Blanco festival.
Since that time, street art has exploded all around the city.
Come with me on a drive-around through 15 different colonias and barrios for the history of the evolving projects since 2013.
I also explain my work of collaborations with street artists over 3 decades.
This is a terrific way to see many neighborhoods and how they all fit together.
Also terrific for those of us who can't walk so well over cobblestones and hills.
All drive-arounds are personalized to your specific interests and time schedule.

Meet Magda Love, Muralist and Mentor
A little while back, muralist Magda Love sat down with us to talk about her art, work, and intentions. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Magda has lived around creatives her whole life. Growing up she liked painting, playing guitar, dancing ballet, and opened up a clothing store when she was 19.
