"Chef Gaby Green's cooking class is a feast for the senses and an outstanding value for money. I did a private class earlier this month with Gaby. We toured the Mercado Ignacio Ramirez first. I felt privileged to be there with Gaby as she taught me about some of the social and historical aspects of the market as well as about the things you can buy there. Being with Gaby made me feel less self-conscious about being in the Mercado as a tourist. Gaby's cooking studio is gorgeous. Her cooking was fantastic and she has emboldened me to eat nopales regularly...I feel adventurous again! I will definitely book Gaby again if I am able to return to San Miguel. You'll be doing yourself a favor if you sign up with her."
