Evangelina has many decades of cooking experience and loves to share her knowledge with those who are eager to learn. Her class is located at her beautiful home in San Miguel and is approximately 4-5 hours long. You may want to take a few minutes to watch the sunset on the terrace with views of the lake and mountains. The class includes a welcome margarita, a glass (or 2) of Mexican wine with a full dinner and dessert made from what you have learned and prepared. You will provided with a Chefs jacket and then jump on in. At the end of the evening you will be provided with a booklet of the recipes and a little history on Mexican cooking. If you would like to learn something in particular, just ask. She also offers classes by request for international cooking.
