... And this is Pancho's love interest. They meet at a street corner. No. Not THAT kind of street corner. She is desperately in need of a taxi. And sweet Pancho helps her out.
She is an odd sort of, uh, girl. Kind of. And as she rushes off in her taxi he asks her for her name. She yells it out, carried in the wind.... Juanita! Juanita Horowitz!
Pancho gulps. Turns to the camera looking quite concerned and says: "Qué raro nombre!"
I'd say her name is the least of his worries...

It has been a long time since I posted on this FB page... I have been producing a series of videos that are fun, entertaining, short and highly educational.
It is a lot of work, but i strongly feel they will be a great tool to help people learn and improve their Spanish.
Part of the series includes a mini telenovela. A few short episodes of soap opera. I play all of the parts!
This is one of the characters. Pancho. A simple minded guy with a BIG heart. Unfortunately, he falls in love with the wrong gal.

SO happy with the Intensive! It truly was a magical time. We made our altar and honored our loved ones, dressed up for the Catrina parade, attended the cemetery and placed flowers on some graves, had an unbelievable cooking class... It was honoring, fun, beautiful and... everyone learned a lot! What more can one ask for? GRACIAS a todos!!
