🗨️ Pronunciation: ah-CHEES

🥤 Pronunciation: cham-poo-RAH-doh
📖 Meaning: A thick Mexican hot chocolate made with masa (corn dough), chocolate, and spices.
🗣️ In a sentence: On cold mornings, I love drinking champurrado with tamales!

✨ Did you know? Champurrado is a traditional Mexican drink often enjoyed during winter and holidays like Día de los Mu***os and Christmas. It’s rich, warm, and perfect for dipping churros!

📖 Ahuehuete (a-we-ˈwe-te)
➡️ Meaning: A majestic tree native to Mexico, also known as the “Mexican cypress” or “Montezuma bald cypress.” Its name comes from Nahuatl and means “old tree of water.”

📌 Fun fact: The ahuehuete is a symbol of longevity and resilience. The most famous one is the Tree of Tule in Oaxaca, Mexico—over 2,000 years old!

🌵 Nopal = Prickly pear cactus
