Myth or reality? 🤔
Why don't Mexicans eat watermelon at night?
For us this fruit has a lot of water, and eating it in excess could cause stomach ache, and if you combine it with milk you could suffer diarrhea.
On the other hand, eating tortas or tacos with lots of salsa and a coke doesn't cause any problems.
