TOTUS LINGUA is hiring experienced ESL TEACHERS to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Totus Lingua is hiring native English speaker teachers that love to teach English to Spanish-speaking students.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as an online ESL teacher (English as a Second Language).
● Experience teaching teens and adults.
● Fluent Spanish speakers that have knowledge of Spanish grammar.
● Full knowledge of English grammar and experience teaching the 4 English language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
● Deep knowledge of a variety of online teaching resources and tools.
● Willing to work and familiar with the Cambridge academic curriculum.
● ESL Certificate or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Follow the Cambridge Certification curriculum, guidelines, books, and official resources.
● Prepare class plannings, materials and activities.
● Assign homework and exciting exercises.
● Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.
● Provide feedback based on work and classroom behavior.
● Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades.
● Strong Class Management tools.
