If your best people are leaving…this is why.
I was hired by a company to find out why people were leaving them and the answer surprised everyone.
I decided to facilitate a goal setting session for one of my clients and the impact changed what many in the room believed before they walked in.
It was the first time their people were asked the right questions.
I was not brought in to talk about policies, perks, or compensation.
I was brought in to understand what was missing.
What we uncovered was not about workload.
It was not about benefits.
It was about purpose and alignment.
And it was about something even more human.
Leaders finally stopped to understand what season of life their best people are in, and how to gain momentum from that.
So if you are a business owner or leader, let me ask you this.
Have you actually set the stage for a successful year ahead?
One where your people stay, you make real progress, and the business finally moves forward?
This is not about a 40 page strategic plan that lives in a drawer.
This is about creating momentum.
Getting more clients.
And stopping the bleed of time and money that comes with constantly hiring and re hiring.
When leaders slow down and truly take the time to know their people, their goals, values, direction, and where they are in life, something powerful happens.
They begin to see how their own growth connects to the organization’s mission.
And when that alignment becomes clear, people do not leave.
They commit.
They contribute.
They stay.
Retention does not start with new policies.
It starts with people.
People first.
Keep the good ones.
To my clients, thank you for trusting me with your people and your culture.
I cannot wait to see what 2026 brings!

This year, this one hits different.
Because it was a WILD year.
For my business. For my clients’ businesses.
For the women I walk with who are building teams, brands, breaking molds, and becoming more of who they truly are.
On this very special International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, pause and celebrate the hell out of yourself!
Not just for what you’ve built…
But for who you’ve become.
I’ve watched you all grow in revenue, and in reach. But even more than that, I’ve watched you all become more yourself.
Entrepreneurship is one of those things you can’t fully understand until you’re in it.
It’s not just about building something. It’s about becoming someone. ( I would BOLD this if I could)
It demands mental strength you didn’t know you had.
It humbles you, stretches you, and invites you to meet every version of yourself, especially the ones you’d rather avoid.
It’s rewarding and deeply confronting, often in the same minute.
It asks you to keep showing up, even when the results haven’t caught up yet.
Even when it’s messy. Even when it’s lonely.
But for those of us who are called to it… we know:
There’s nothing like it.
The growth.
The grit.
The glory of doing it your way and watching it work.
And for that, we keep going.
Let’s all celebrate that its not just strategy. It’s soul and a whole lot of “do it scared.”, and ONE LAST LAP.
To every woman growing a business I see you, I congratulate you and I celebrate you!
Happy International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, beauties.
We rise by being real. And you’re proof of that.

🛑 Stop waiting for “things to slow down.”
They won’t. (Sorry, I checked.)
🚗 If anything, the world will just add one more Zoom, one more project, and one more “urgent” email marked high importance by someone who’s probably on a beach.
💫The truth?
🐢You don’t need life to slow down. You need systems that help you breathe inside it.
Once you have those, calm isn’t a weekend thing. It’s an everyday thing.
💬If that sounds like the kind of leadership you want, DM me INTERESTED and I’ll show you how we build that inside The Whole Woman Project™.

Don’t panic! You don’t have to “hold it all together” all the time.
🤡 You just have to stop pretending the juggling act is fun.
⌛️I can help you learn to lead from alignment, not adrenaline. When you stop sprinting through your days and start leading from clarity, here’s what happens:
👊 You remember where your keys are (and your joy).
👊 You stop snapping at people you actually love.
👊 You lead with calm confidence instead of caffeine and chaos.
👊 You realize… you don’t need to earn rest.
✨ Leading well isn’t about doing it all. It’s about doing what matters without losing yourself in the process.
💬If you’ve been craving that kind of peace, DM me RESET and I’ll walk you through how to start this week.

🐶 Here’s why you’re not where you want to be yet (and no, it’s not because you didn’t manifest hard enough).
☕️ Most women think to feel balanced they need to focus on:
🟤 A better morning routine
🟤 More time management apps
🟤 A new color-coded calendar
✨When in fact… you need none of those.
What you do need?
✅ A nervous system that’s not fried
✅ A calendar that matches your values
✅ Boundaries that sound like “I’ll get to that tomorrow” instead of “Sure, I’ll do it right now”
☕️ When your life stops running on adrenaline, everything else starts running smoothly; including your results.
✨ If this sounds like the reset you’ve been craving, DM me ENERGY and I’ll show you where to start.

Let me tell you about Sarah.
📉When Sarah first came to me, she said, “I feel like I’m succeeding at work but failing at life.”
👋Sound familiar?
🏁 We started small, a two-minute breathing reset, one boundary at work, one hour of tech-free time at home.
📈 Within weeks, she said, “My team respects me more now that I’m not available 24/7. And my kids? They actually get my full attention at dinner.”
✨ She didn’t need a total overhaul. She needed permission to lead differently.
💬 If you’re craving the same shift, you know the one where success feels good again? DM me RESET and let’s talk about what that could look like for you.
