Hey Dancing, Traveling, and/or Yogi Friends,

I hope you are thriving.

I just want to remind you about the Yoga & Salsa Dance Retreat here in Puerto Vallarta November 15-22.

I've been living here for the past 3 years, know this city pretty well, and am excited to share it with you.☀️🏝️

Besides daily yoga and dance classes, we will be spending a day on a boat, snorkeling, hiking, swimming, spending relaxing time on the beach and/or near the pool at our villa.
We will be tasting delicious Mexican food including fresh fish and seafood.
We will experience a nearby Pueblo Mágico, visit some markets with beautiful handmade crafts, and receive (optional) massage.

You can make this week as busy or relaxing as you like, everything is optional.

Until July 1 (tomorrow!!) there is a discount of $230 so if you've decided to go, please Venmo your deposit of $500.

Hello my Friends,

I will be hosting (and teaching yoga at) a Yoga & Salsa Dance Retreat in Mexico!

November 15 to 22, 2024.

We will stay at a beautiful villa right in Old Town Vallarta.

We will be doing daily yoga classes as well as Salsa and Bachata taught by master Cuban and Mexican teachers.
We will spend time at beautiful beaches, snorkel, hike, spend a day on a boat visiting with whales and dolphins, explore a nearby Pueblo, take a taco tour, check out the markets, do some social dancing in local clubs, attend a Zumba class, and still have some downtime during which you can receive massage or simply read a book by the pool.

Lodging at the villa is on a first-come first-serve basis. There are four beautiful rooms available for double occupancy. Once those rooms are full we will occupy nearby hotels.

The retreat is limited to 10 people. 

The cost is $2,325 and includes classes, excursions, lodging, all breakfasts, a couple of lunches, and most dinners, leaving some opportunities to taste some of the fabulous restaurants here in PV.

A $500 deposit holds your place and gives you room choice.
