Every day at our Spring Break Camp, we take time to pause, reflect, and give thanks. 💌

Last week, our theme was “leave it better than we found it”—and our students truly brought that idea to life. Alongside their volunteer work and time spent in shared community spaces, they made it a daily practice to write heartfelt thank-you cards to the incredible partners who welcomed us.

From opening their doors to creating meaningful opportunities to serve, these partnerships make everything we do possible. Taking time each day to express gratitude reminds our students that even small acts—like a handwritten note—can leave a lasting impact. 🌱

We’re officially halfway through our Spring Break Camp, and WOW—what an incredible week it’s been so far! 🌸☀️

Today was truly a standout day. We started the morning giving lots of love and attention to the “unloved lovable” pups at The SULA Society—so many tail wags, cuddles, and happy moments. Can you spot the extra non-canine animal we also walked? 🐾💛🐐

Then we switched gears and turned up the heat in the kitchen! With guidance from Carlos, a Volcanes culinary school graduate, we learned how to make delicious, authentic sopes. Safe to say… we have some future chefs in the group! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

After that, we cooled off with some fun in the pool before wrapping up the day getting creative and learning how to make beautiful “Ojo de Dioses.” 🏊‍♀️🎨✨

What a wonderful Wednesday filled with kindness, creativity, and so many smiles. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings! 💫

What an incredible first day of Spring Break Camp! 🌞

Our students kicked things off by giving back to the community—picking up trash and helping organize the library. They also spread positivity by creating encouraging signs for their friends in Volcanes. 💛

Next, they rolled up their sleeves in the kitchen, learning how to make fresh tortillas and enjoying delicious picadillo together. 🫓🍲

The fun kept going with a refreshing swim at Club Vallarta, a friendly soccer match full of teamwork and smiles, and an exciting, action-packed scavenger hunt. 🏊‍♂️⚽🔍

We are so proud of the energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm everyone showed today. Amazing job to all our students—this is just the beginning! 💪🎉

What a wonderful way to spend the last Friday of the month! 💛

Our students kicked off spring break by volunteering at Club Vallarta—practicing English, cleaning up around the community center, reading together, playing sports, and celebrating with pizza and a swim!

Thanks to our generous families, we proudly donated $1,700. So grateful for this amazing community! 🌟
