Some moments stay with you like footprints on your soul, long after you’ve returned home. ✨

This beautiful group of women brought so much joy, creativity, curiosity, and courage to our time together in Sardinia, and I feel incredibly grateful that our paths crossed.

Every retreat leaves something different in my heart. The paintings, the laughter, the little adventures, the quiet moments, the magic we create together… these are the memories I carry home with me.

I feel so lucky to be able to share these experiences with such wonderful souls, and while I’m always a little sad when a retreat comes to an end, I know the friendships and memories continue far beyond those precious days together.

I’ve also included a few words from some of the lovely women who joined me, alongside these photos, because sometimes the best way to share the magic is through the eyes of those who experienced it with me. 💕

I hand-sculpted this piece with fine silver clay, each layer guided by intuition and soul memories of a design I had once seen.
As the silver formed beneath my fingertips, an Elven star portal formed — a threshold between realms. It aligns with your inner knowing, opening the way to what the spirit already remembers. Amethyst is a crystal of intuition and dream-sight.

Even though I’m back home now, I feel like an echo of Sardinia is still with me.
The ancient energy of the island, the wise women, the priestesses and the magic we felt while wandering among those ancient stones have stayed with me… and are finding their way onto my paper...

I think one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the courage to follow what truly makes our heart happy. ❤️

Even when the path is uncertain.
Even when things don’t go as planned.
Even when there are setbacks, disappointments and moments when we wonder if we’re doing the right thing.

I’ve had plenty of those moments along the way.

But then there are moments like this…

Barefoot by the sea, surrounded by beautiful women who came into my life through my art and my retreats, sharing beautiful experiences, laughter, friendship and a little bit of magic. ✨

And I look around and think… this is why I chose this path.

I chose to create.
I chose to teach.
I chose to follow my imagination.
I chose to build a life around the things that make my soul feel alive.

And yes, it hasn’t always been easy. There have been plenty of twists and turns, challenges and moments of doubt.

But none of those things compare to the immense feeling of fullness that comes from knowing you are living a life that feels true to who you are.

That feeling of “this is where I’m meant to be.”

I think that is worth everything.

So perhaps the greatest adventure is not creating a perfect or easy life, but having the courage to follow the things that make your heart come alive — and trusting where they lead you. 🌊✨

I’m incredibly grateful for this life, for the people it has brought into my world, and for all the unexpected magic along the way. ❤️

The last couple of days of my Sardinian retreat were spent bringing our final project to life — our Guardian of the Island.✨

There was something so special about watching each of these beautiful souls create their own guardian, inspired by the magic, ancient stories and wild beauty of Sardinia. Every painting was completely unique, just like the women who painted them. 😊

Our retreat was filled with so many beautiful moments, laughter, creativity, a little bit of magic… and friendships that I know I’ll carry with me for a long time. I miss them all already! 🥰

And as one adventure comes to an end, I’m already looking forward of the next one… our journey into the magical south of France next year!

A special surprise treat I organized for the girls during my Sardinia retreat… ✨
A beautiful sound healing with the wonderful Inge, such a sweet and beautiful soul. Surrounded by nature, we let the beautiful sounds wash over us, relax the mind and open the heart. 💫

Such a magical and special experience to share together. ❤️

A beautiful day at my Sardinian retreat, exploring the ancient nuraghi and Tombs of the Giants. Visiting these sacred sites, including the ancient portal to the afterworld, was truly an incredible experience.

As we touched the stones where our ancestors once stood, performed rituals, ceremonies and magic, we could feel the incredible energy of these ancient places and hear their whispers carried through the ages.

Some of these sites date back to Neolithic times, making them even older than the pyramids of Egypt.

Today, I can’t wait to bring all of this inspiration to life as I paint our Guardian of the Island with my amazing students.😊
