Yogis, after enjoying my trip to Europe, I am back in Playa del Carmen! As you know, there have been some changes since I left, and I am more than ready now to pick up my teachings again.

I will be teaching my group classes at the gym Playa Del Carmen as before, on Tuesday and Thursday at 8 AM and Friday at 9 AM.
I will also start teaching at Yoga La Ceiba on Monday, August 17 at 8 AM. My schedule there will be Monday and Wednesday at 8 AM and Saturday at 9 AM.
It’s a start, and let’s see how everything evolves. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again on the mat! 🧘‍♀️✨ Loads of LOVE

Yogis...

With bittersweet feelings, I’ll be teaching my final class at this Saturday, July 18.

My journey at the Loft began in January 2014, and over the years I have cherished every class, every student, every training, and every workshop. You have shown me that sharing my love for yoga is one of the greatest gifts in my life. Your presence, support, and energy have uplifted me and made these years truly unforgettable.

Will I stop teaching? Will I leave Playa del Carmen? No!

After my annual trip to Europe, I’ll be back in Playa and will continue teaching. As for what’s next... you’ll just have to stay tuned!

A heartfelt thank you to for keeping those beautiful doors open to me all these years.

I bow to each and every one of you.

Namaste,

Ellen
