What’s on my mind huh?
Well, as a lifelong covert death wish survivor with at least 3 Narcissistic Personality Disorder importan people in my life, out of the top of my head I can say that it is as unsettling as it is surprising to look as far and as close around and see how it is that in the 21st year of the 21st century nobody if anybody is the least bit informed about a NPD; Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
I’m the length of time, the expansive mental health damge that people with NPD cause to those ones around them is ever present today.
it’s very unsettling how little research about this condition has been made.
Perhaps because nobody is diagnosed for being a jerk it is that people with this personality disorder gets away with lifetimes of psychological abuse, explosive unending tantrums that can’t be stopped by no one else. It is psychological abuse just as sa**sm is to cruelty.
The fact that people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder are clearly suffering, maybe more that those whom upon they discharge their acute insecurities should attract more Psycologists and Mental Health paractitioners.
I have lived in Playa del Carmen for the last 31 years and I have seen it grow from a 4,000 population and a total of 8 residents cars including one police patrol car, 1 telephone line, 1 postman and no Fire Truck or Fire Dept.
Now Playa is full of shamans, coaches and also many Psychologists. Enough touristic and medical infrastructure but sadly none of the many psychologists and psychotherapists from innumerable branches or disciplines from the corporal to the family systems or spiritual psychology, one I know can adress this important subject.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder is on the rise and mainly because of not knowing about this and thus enabling it.
Yet another trigger is social media that fosters the followers culture and that in itself is nothing less than tragic. I can’t sugar coat this one aspect of social media.
It’s harder not to see this than openly ignore it.
With an an over abundance of so called influencers, bloggers, content creators that are clearly not prepared for the responsibility that having thousands, hundreds of thousands and millions of followers brings.
Many of third talk to their audiences about mental health issues and in delirium ways go as far to shred to pieces, break and tore down subjects like meditation and practices they clearly don’t do.
