" Blessed are you who love. Love is the ultimate experience in this life. Love will provide you with the riches of the universe. Practice true and deep soul love. Soul love comes from the deepest level of your being. Love embraces all. Love is beyond the understanding of the human part of you.
To embrace and know it at its deepest level, one must first tap into the spirit which is who you really are. Pray to understand and practice loving those whom you believe do not deserve it. All deserve love. All respond to love. Love is the most potent medicine in existence. We challenge you to use this power to change your world. Do not be skeptical until you try. To change your situation requires that you be love, and nothing less."

In the context of Family Constellation theory, the "Field of Information" refers to the energetic field or system within a family that contains information about the family's dynamics, relationships, and unresolved issues. This field is believed to hold the collective consciousness and unconsciousness of the family system, and it influences the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of its members. The Field of Information is explored and worked with in Family Constellation therapy to gain insights into underlying patterns and facilitate healing within the family system.

Systemic constellations with horses is a therapeutic approach where horses are used to help clients gain insight into their family dynamics and relationships as well as business. The process involves setting up a "constellation" which is a representation of the client's family systemor factory with the client and other participants playing the roles of family members or employees.
The client then interacts with the horses, who are free to move around the constellation and interact with the participants. Horses are highly intuitive animals and can sense and respond to the energy of the participants, offering valuable feedback that can help the client gain insight into their family dynamics and relationships.
The therapy is based on the idea that family patterns and trauma can be passed down through generations and can impact organizations and also the individual's current emotional and physical health. By bringing these patterns to light and understanding them, the client can work towards healing and creating healthier relationships.
Family constellations with horses can be a powerful and transformative therapy for those seeking to understand and improve their family or enterprise relationships and dynamics.

Systemic constellations for business is a method of resolving organizational issues and identifying systemic patterns that may be hindering business success.
This process involves setting up a representation of the organization or problem in the room, usually with physical objects or representatives standing in for different people or departments. The facilitator then guides the participants through a process of exploration and experimentation, often asking questions and making adjustments to the set-up until the systemic dynamics become clearer.
The purpose of systemic constellations is to help reveal hidden or unconscious patterns of behavior and communication within the organization, and to identify opportunities for positive change. This can include improving communication between departments, resolving conflicts, identifying obstacles to growth, and more.
Any organization can benefit from systemic constellations, but they are particularly effective for those dealing with complex difficulties that are difficult to pin down or resolve through traditional means. This could include businesses facing financial challenges, struggling with interdepartmental conflict, seeking to improve customer satisfaction, or trying to implement major organizational changes.
Overall, systemic constellations offer a unique and powerful way to uncover patterns and relationships that may be hindering business success, and help companies to move towards greater alignment, clarity, and effectiveness.

I have an idea. Stop every now and then and acknowledge to yourself that you're doing a pretty damn good job of living your life.
No one really knows or could know what exactly that entails. No one knows entirely your journey, your past, your challenges, your struggles, your obstacles, your limitations, your circumstances, your wounds and scars. If you're like me, you don't go around broadcasting it to the world. Most people don't have a clue about what's involved in pulling off your life.
Doesn't matter. Celebrate how far you've come. Be proud that you're still standing and moving forward.
By the way, it's okay to have compassion on yourself, and be nice to yourself. Where is that written contract you signed before birth promising that you'd be perfect, never fail, and that your life would go absolutely the way you wanted it to? Has this ever happened for any human being? Today, look at your life as a compassionate observer. Acknowledge to yourself the victories, which could include just getting through the last hour.
I'm giving you permission for something today in case you need it.
I'm giving you permission to just be where you are and who you are right now. To simply be 'you,' however messy or messed up that might seem to you in this moment.
It's okay.
Whatever your unanswered questions, insecurities, frustrations with yourself, worries, fears, disappointments, wounds, brokenness, neuroses, things you don't like about yourself or fear, they are a part of you right now. Join the club. We all have them.
I give you permission to be okay with yourself... all of you... yes, even all of that... as you are today.
I give you permission to accept yourself, be patient with yourself, and have compassion on yourself. Permission to stop judging yourself, berating yourself, hating yourself and finding ways that you tell yourself you are flawed, deficient, inadequate and don't measure up.
You have permission to like yourself... and to love the 'you' that 'you' are right now.
Yes, I know... we all desire transformation. Yes, you want to be more whole and free. AND it's okay to be where and who you are today. It's okay to look at yourself with eyes of love and acceptance, not judgement and disapproval.
You are worthy and deserving of love, acceptance and belonging just the way you are. You are worthy and deserving of your own acceptance, compassion and love. There are no qualifications or conditions you must meet to qualify for or earn love, acceptance and belonging.
Rather than accusing yourself about how far you still have to go, what about acknowledging yourself for how far you've already come. I give you permission to be okay with yourself... all of you... as you are today. Lay aside your guilt, shame and self-condemnation.
Of course you don't need me to give you this permission. You can give it to yourself.
Stop judging and condemning yourself. Be curious about those mindsets, attitudes, behaviors and actions that sabotage your happiness, peace and wellbeing. Face and address them, not in order to become more lovable and worthy, but as an act of love toward yourself because of your innate and inestimable worth. Consider your highest achievement on the path to become a person of self-compassion.

MY OTHER SELF
In chapter 8, Ada talks to Zaman and mentions forgiving parents or grandparents.
At that time, Zaman introduces one of the great contributions of BERT HELLINGER.
Instead of forgiving, BH proposes to practice assent, which means saying yes to everyone in our family, as they are and to everything that happened, as it has happened.
First of all, because everyone who belongs to our family has the same right to belong. Beyond my personal opinion (conscience is usually divided into good and bad, in the family soul that distinction is transcended)
And secondly, because we can only become a little freer for the next thing when we put ourselves at peace with the past.
I share with you a couple of quotes from BH regarding the misuse or dangerous use of forgiveness:
"A son who is forgiving, is at the same time accusing the parents, is putting himself above them, and loses the parents, his strength and his happiness. As soon as you can accept, say yes to everything that happened, just as it was, this becomes a force. As soon as he rejects or forgives him, he weakens, puts himself above and at the same time becomes small."
"Sometimes the necessary confrontation is replaced by forgiveness, but it only covers up and postpones the conflict instead of solving it. Forgiveness is especially serious when the victim forgives the guilt of the culprit, as if he had the right to do so. To achieve true reconciliation, the innocent not only has the right to demand reparation and atonement, but even has an obligation to do so. And the guilty person not only has the obligation to bear the consequences of his actions, but he also has the right to do so."
