We signed up for the small group class on Cinco de Mayo but, we were the only couple- so we essentially got a private class! We cannot say enough great things about Chef Alberto and his wonderful mom! Chef was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His home was very cozy and welcoming- we felt so at home. I appreciated Chef Alberto's knowledge of his rich food culture, history of Mexico, and overall passion for good food! As a chef myself, I really enjoyed being able to chat with someone as passionate about food as I am. We ended by sharing the meal with Chef Alberto and his mom, we really felt like family sitting down to the feast after working together to make it all. This was a fantastic experience and we wish Chef Alberto and his beautiful mom all the best!
