I created Face Shaping Fitness for myself and now I share it with you. For over 15 years Belly Dance has been my favorite hobby. Several years ago, I was going through my pictures and realized that my face doesn't match with my body anymore. And I started my research: how to get my youthful face back. I tried many available methods: face building, face yoga, massage, acupuncture, facial aerobics..... The results never satisfied me. One western folk says: it’s easy to find 1000 ways to do it and it’s hard to choose the one that works for you. I analyzed why some exercises work while others are harmful and result in negative outcomes. With my medical background and knowledge of anatomy and physiology, I turned my research into a proven method of fACE TRANSFORMATION. I am happy with my results and happy to see my clients look 10 - 15 years younger.
