🫁💨 Ever wonder what va**ng really does to your lungs, especially if you’re a diver? We did too. So we dug into the science, and… yeah, it’s a lot.

Turns out, those fruity little clouds might not be as harmless as they seem, especially when you’re gearing up for a dive where your lungs are literally life support. Nicotine’s impact on your heart, chemicals that irritate the lungs, and reduced gas exchange? Not exactly ideal at depth.

This story breaks down what happens to your body when you v**e and dive, what the risks are, and what to think about if you're trying to quit (or just wondering what’s really in that puff).

📖 Click the link below for the full article. Worth a read if you (or your dive buddy) v**e.

Zapote, is a very unique Cenote.
Also called Hell Bells Cenote due to it's bell shape speleothems (see last picture) that keeps on growing underwater.

2 lines available in cenote Taak bi Luum
Not many divers visit this cenote..
Mainly because of its darkness and not so much light in it, shallow water and sediment present on the bottom it require a little more ability from the divers- but maaan... What a dive!!

It's formations reminds of candle wax 🕯, Dama Blanca (blind fishes) are present throughout the dive and the dry cavern sections as well full of little 🦇🦇 make this 2 dives unique!!
