Stop idealizing relationships.
Next time you meet a woman that you really like - and since you didn't listen to the last one and you idealized her a little too much - when you have the feeling of "I would like to have a relationship with this woman" when you start having thoughts like "I wonder where she is right now and I hope she's not with some other guy"...
Have this one come up : Stop idealizing relationships.
It's like beer goggles for relationships and a sign that you might be flooded with emotional chemicals that are blurring your vision.
One of those signs is that your thinking relationship. Have this pop up and know that you're probably making a picture in your mind of an idealized, idyllic relationship that's going to solve all your problems.
If you ever get that feeling "Wow if I could just get this girl in my life everything else would be solved?"
Pick something up and hit yourself on the head with it.
It's not gonna happen.
The relationship is not going to be ideal, it's not going to fix everything for you because you live in the real world.
