OBJECIONES EN VENTAS - Lección aprendida hoy del YES Academy:
"Let me talk to my boss about it," it often means they’re either stalling, unsure, or lack decision-making authority. According to Alex Hormozi and Josh Lyons, the key is to build urgency, establish trust, and help the prospect see the value of acting now. Here are 5 possible responses to this objection:
1. Acknowledge and Probe
Response: "I completely understand. Out of curiosity, what specific concerns do you think your boss might have?"
Why It Works: This helps uncover hidden objections and gives you a chance to address them directly.
2. Offer to Join the Conversation
Response: "That makes sense. Would it be helpful if I joined that conversation? I can answer any questions your boss might have and provide more details about how this will benefit your team."
Why It Works: It positions you as a helpful partner and reduces the chance of miscommunication.
3. Create Urgency
Response: "I totally get that. Just so you know, we’re running a [limited-time offer/special promotion] that ends [specific date]. If we move forward now, I can lock that in for you. Would that make it easier to get your boss’s approval?"
Why It Works: It adds a time-sensitive incentive to act quickly.
4. Simplify the Decision
Response: "I understand. To make it easier, I can put together a quick summary of the key benefits and ROI for your boss. What’s the best way to get that to them?"
Why It Works: It shows you’re willing to help streamline the decision-making process.
5. Assume the Sale
Response: "That’s a great idea. Let’s go ahead and get everything set up on my end so it’s ready to go once you get the green light. What’s the timeline for getting your boss’s feedback?"
Why It Works: It keeps the momentum going and assumes the sale is already happening.
Bonus: The "No Boss" Close
Response: "I hear you. If you didn’t have to talk to your boss, is this something you’d move forward with today?"
Why It Works: It helps you determine if the objection is real or just a stall tactic.
