Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming James Castello to , an independent arbitrator and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

In his masterclass, delivered to students, he explored the foundations of arbitral proceedings under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, offering valuable insights from his direct involvement in the drafting of this key international instrument.
