Four years ago, I submitted my first EVER conference proposal and prepared to present at for the first time. I was excited and also deeply nervous to do something new.
Since that moment, my leadership has expanded in ways I could not have anticipated. I have had opportunities to present, collaborate, and learn with educators across local, state, national, and international spaces.
I carry those early feelings with me every time I step into a new space. They remind me why this work matters. I am grateful for every opportunity, every conversation, and every educator who has poured into me along the way.
Still learning. Still growing. Still grounded in community 💛🖤
Can’t wait to share what’s next with yall! 🥰

Honored to join the Executive Board as Secretary for Florida Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (FL-ALAS). This community has always meant a lot to me, especially the way its members show up for students, families, and schools. I’m grateful to be part of this work and to continue learning alongside such powerful leaders. 🎉💪🏼
