Nature is a wellspring of wonder, and at Crianzas, children are free to embrace it fully. In this garden, nature whispers its secrets, inviting our young toddlers to explore its delights and mysteries.

Nature is the source of wonder, and the child in Crianzas is allowed to experience it without any interference.
All of nature begins to whisper its secrets to our children in this garden.

The second grader is like a butterfly who has emerged from a chrysalis, and who is about to take their maiden flight. They still have the innocence of the young child. Their imaginations are fed with rich archetypal images, and they live in the feeling realm which rises and falls on waves of sympathy and antipathy. In first grade, they experienced the world as a paradise. In second grade they become aware of the duality of human nature, observing saintliness and mischievousness in themselves and others; the higher and lower aspects of the self are beginning to be felt and differentiated inside the child and the aim of our second grade curriculum is to create a harmonic balance of these experiences.
