Primer lugar en el concurso para la rehabilitación del Tren Escénico del Bosque de Chapultepec, 2024.

El proyecto rehabilita 1.7 kilómetros de recorrido, la estación histórica y tres túneles, incorporando mejoras arquitectónicas, paisajísticas y de seguridad que fortalecen la experiencia de los visitantes.

La propuesta integra accesibilidad universal, nueva señalética y cruces peatonales seguros para reconectar a los usuarios con el patrimonio natural y cultural del Bosque de Chapultepec, preservando el carácter histórico de esta pieza icónica.

First Prize in the 2024 competition for the rehabilitation of the Chapultepec Forest Scenic Train.

The project revitalizes the 1.7-kilometer route, the historic station, and three tunnels, incorporating architectural, landscape, and safety improvements that enhance the visitor experience.

The proposal integrates universal accessibility, new wayfinding, and safer pedestrian crossings, reconnecting visitors with the natural and cultural heritage of Chapultepec Forest while preserving the historic character of this iconic landmark.

Los planes maestros industriales representan una oportunidad para repensar la relación entre producción, bienestar y espacio de trabajo. Más allá de la operación, permiten incorporar espacios abiertos, servicios y áreas de encuentro que mejoran la experiencia cotidiana de sus usuarios.

El Plan Maestro Cummins reorganiza un complejo industrial existente a partir de cuatro estrategias: espacios abiertos y amenidades, optimización de circulaciones, reorganización del estacionamiento y una nueva identidad arquitectónica. Como pieza central, el Hub concentra comedor, salas de conferencia y espacios flexibles, conectando los distintos edificios mediante jardines y recorridos que fortalecen la vida colectiva dentro del campus.

Industrial master plans provide an opportunity to rethink the relationship between production, employee well-being, and the workplace. Beyond supporting operations, they create opportunities to integrate open spaces, shared amenities, and gathering areas that enhance the everyday experience of their users.

The Cummins Master Plan reorganizes an existing industrial complex through four key strategies: the creation of open spaces and amenities, the optimization of internal circulation, the reorganization of parking, and the development of a new architectural identity. At the center of the proposal, the Hub brings together the cafeteria, conference rooms, and flexible multipurpose spaces, connecting the campus through gardens and pedestrian pathways that strengthen the collective life of the workplace.

La Casa Club Lago en Cabo Norte se adapta a la topografía mediante plataformas escalonadas que se abren hacia las vistas del lago principal. Patios, terrazas y recorridos al aire libre articulan los distintos programas, manteniendo una relación constante con el paisaje.

El proyecto propone una experiencia de descanso y convivencia donde arquitectura, agua y naturaleza se integran en un mismo entorno.

Casa Club Lago Lake at Cabo Norte adapts to the site’s topography through a series of platforms that open toward views of the main lake. Courtyards, terraces, and open-air pathways connect the different programmatic areas, maintaining a continuous relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The project creates an environment for relaxation and social gathering, where architecture, water, and nature come together as a unified experience.
