This weekend, we had the opportunity to join an extraordinary tasting tour through the Portales neighborhood, led by Laura Micaham (Laura Micaham Gutiérrez) and Héctor Reyes (A PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY).
The tour kicked off at Destello Café (Destello ✨ Barra de Especialidad ), where we sampled various specialty coffees and delicious artisanal bread while practicing different shots using our phones and natural light.
Our next stop was Citronela restaurant (citronelarestaurante) , where we tried their popular avocado and cheese toast—it was delicious!
From there, we headed to Calacas (Calacas Café) to sample their beers and natural sodas, which were perfect for cooling off in the day’s intense heat. While there, we learned about the benefits of videography apps like Blackmagic Camera .
Este fin de semana, tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en un extraordinario recorrido de degustación por la colonia Portales, liderado por Laura Micaham (Laura Micaham Gutiérrez) y Héctor Reyes (A PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY).
El tour comenzó en el café Destello donde probamos diferentes cafés de especialidad y un delicioso pan artesanal mientras practicábamos diferentes tomas con el celular y la luz natural.
La siguiente parada fue el restaurante Citronela en el que probamos su popular pan tostado con aguacate y queso, ¡una delicia!
De ahí nos pasamos al café Calacas para probar sus cervezas y bebidas gasificadas naturales, las cuales fueron excelentes para refrescarnos del intenso calor del día. Allí aprendimos sobre las bondades de algunas aplicaciones de video como Blackmagic Camera.
