La Igualdad de Género en la Enseñanza del Inglés.
El aula de inglés no es un espacio neutral: en ella también se construyen identidades y se transmiten valores. Como señalan Bonny Norton y Claire Kramsch, aprender una lengua implica comprender el mundo y nuestro lugar en él.
Por ello, es clave que como docentes cuestionemos los estereotipos presentes en materiales, lenguaje e interacciones, promoviendo ambientes más equitativos e inclusivos. Esto implica:

✔️ Usar lenguaje no sexista.
✔️ Fomentar la participación equilibrada
✔️ Integrar materiales diversos
✔️ Promover el pensamiento crítico
Enseñar inglés con perspectiva de género no es un añadido, sino una práctica necesaria para formar estudiantes conscientes, críticos y comprometidos con la equidad.
