My B2 students seem to have established a uniform.

Equally, I wore my polo for the first time today (having bought it months ago) and my friend Sean had an almost identical one in grey. It was the first time he'd put his on.

What a strange couple of coincidences!

One of my Pre Intermediate groups.

They're doing a vocabulary task connected to clothing. Expanding students' range of lexis is a key course objective.

Without grammar you can't say much, without vocabulary you can't say anything!

I have a Pre Intermediate group this year and one of the early units focuses on the vocabulary of appearance.

In contrast to some years ago, it's now seen as acceptable for men to have no hair and for women to leave their hair with its natural colour.

On this topic, I have three questions.

1. What's the English word for calvo?
2. What's the correct spelling, gray or grey hair?
3. Is it correct to say 'paint your hair'?
