Como líderes, tenemos el poder de regenerar o degradar. Cada decisión empresarial deja huella, . Y lo urgente ya no es solo ser sostenibles, sino ser 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘀.

He trabajado con CEOs y equipos directivos en diversos sectores. Todos tienen algo en común: cuando conectan con el propósito más profundo, la sostenibilidad deja de ser una estrategia y 𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗰𝗶ó𝗻.

🌍 Grateful to be part of the Master's in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) alumni (class of 2006) from Sweden, where we engage in intimate, thought-provoking spaces.

This week, we engaged in a deep and powerful conversation with one of my heroes,Christiana Figueres, the visionary leader who secured the Paris Agreement at COP21 as Executive Secretary of the UN Climate Change (UNFCCC). She continues to inspire with her message of hope and optimism in the face of climate change—values I resonate with deeply, as I believe they are essential for transforming the current trajectory.

Once again, I left with a heart full of hope and a renewed sense of possibility, recognizing our role as system changers. Here are a few key takeaways that really stuck with me:

1️⃣ Embrace rage and channel it as fuel for change—something I’ve also learned from our late Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings.

2️⃣ Focus on progress, not perfection—every step forward matters!

3️⃣ Celebrate every win—no matter how small, it’s all part of the journey.

This fuels my commitment to creating a sustainable future, recognizing the urgent need to challenge systems that hinder real progress.

Note: Rage in this context is directed at oil companies, their top executives, and the façade of the latest COPs with their non-neutral leadership.

For over 15 years, I’ve not only leveraged advanced systems and automated tools to enhance client work and lead global teams but also developed a deep passion and exceptional ability in utilizing these technologies—laying the groundwork for today’s AI-driven solutions like ChatGPT.

🌱 After a presentation, I had the privilege of discussing the urgent need for sustainability education with Lord Dr Michael Hastings CBE. I’ve guided numerous companies and organizations worldwide in adopting a systems-thinking approach to bolster their sustainability strategies through consulting, corporate training, and speaking engagements.

👩‍🔧 👨‍🔧 Though technology plays a vital role, it’s the human element and mindset shifts that I’ve been able to guide my clients through, enabling them to lead with effective sustainability strategies.
