This is natural, is part of being human. Just take the time to take a step back from yourself and reflect on the whys and hows. Also, talking helps. Reach out with your concerns to your parents, family and friends, and remember that my door is always open too. Love yourselves and each other, that's the important thing. Enjoy!

En el marco del Día Internacional de la Mujer, que conmemora la lucha de las mujeres por la igualdad y el reconocimiento de derechos alcanzados, es obligatorio hacer una reflexión colectiva respecto a la problemática de la violencia contra niñas y mujeres en el país. Esta es una de las violaciones de derechos humanos graves, naturalizadas y toleradas en México y el mundo.

No podemos ser indiferentes frente a las historias y casos de las niñas y mujeres víctimas de violencia. Es necesario la reflexión crítica sobre la responsabilidad que tenemos todas y todos para construir un entorno seguro y libre de violencia para las mujeres, no solo dentro de nuestros campus, sino también en nuestro país.

En el Tecnológico de Monterrey nos solidarizamos y apoyamos la libertad de decisión de las mujeres en participar en convocado para el 9 de marzo.

Este día merece un espacio para tomar conciencia y tener empatía. Invitamos a toda la comunidad a las actividades sobre la eliminación de la violencia de género que se llevarán a cabo en todas las regiones del país en las semanas previa y posterior al Día Internacional de la Mujer.

Mujeres y hombres somos responsables de crear las condiciones y los diálogos para ser más compasivos, incluyentes y cuidadosos entre nosotros. Seguiremos trabajando para la generación de un ambiente de cuidado en nuestra institución, apoyando la política de cero tolerancia a la violencia.

En el Tec de Monterrey refrendamos nuestro compromiso con el derecho a una vida libre de violencia.
