10 years of friendship with your sustainable bag!
A decade ago, we all joined forces to get rid of the notorious ‘plastic bag’.
Taking centuries to degrade, they were among the top littered items in the EU, often ingested by animals or breaking into microplastics and ending up in our food.
Today marks a decade since the EU’s Plastic Bags Directive. Together, we've made major progress in protecting our oceans and wildlife 🐬🌿
By the end of 2025, our goal is to reduce consumption to 40 lightweight plastic bags per person per year. Are you below or above this target?
