She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive with our 2-year-old son, and immediately made him feel comfortable and happy. She always brought fun new toys and activities for him, which he absolutely loved, and she was so flexible in following his interests each day — whether that meant swimming in the pool, playing “soccer,” using the badminton equipment, or exploring the kids club. The kids club at our hotel honestly wasn’t great, but Shyanne completely made up for it by finding creative and engaging things for him to do. It was obvious how genuinely good she is with children, and it gave us so much peace of mind during our trip. We will absolutely be requesting her again the next time we return to Cabo.”
