Do you see that huge, happy smile on my face? This is me (having forgotten sunscreen that day) with two of my very best friends in the world on a Mexico beach during a yoga retreat. Know what you don't see? My calendar, my work, carpools, appointments... Just best friends, Mexico, beach, yoga. One of the best decisions I ever made. Two years later, it still sustains me.
