🌱 Believe in child-centered education and in honoring each child’s unique way of learning and growing.
🤝 Are familiar with or eager to explore alternative pedagogies, Positive and Conscious Discipline.
🌍 Have an advanced or native level of English and enjoy supporting children as they develop their language skills through play, projects, and everyday experiences.
🫶🏼Feel comfortable working through projects, in multi-age groups, and from an interdisciplinary perspective.
✨ Are open to reflection, continuous learning, and feedback.
🎓 Hold a degree in Education, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, Psychology, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
📍 Live in Mexico City.
