What an amazing week at the Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya teaching yoga for Fit Bodies Inc.! Met some beautiful souls from England, Montreal, and Colorado Springs. It was very surreal being out of the US during the escalation of COVID-19, but we all needed the time to be on the beach breathing, moving and resetting our minds. Farewell to my new yogi friends!
