VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Zomba Vocational Training Centre (ZVTC) is a fully registered and TEVETA-accredited college offering Vocational Skills Training and Professional Diploma programs. With campuses in Balaka Township and Kankao (Balaka), all our Professional Diploma programs are offered under internationally accredited certifying bodies including ABMA, ABP, ICAM and ICM.

ZVTC wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following Tutoring positions:

1. Tutor in Journalism and Media Studies
2. Tutor in Human Resources Management
3. Tutor in Tourism and Business Studies
4. Tutor in Procurement and Supply Chain Management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field (Master's Degree will be an added advantage)
- At least 5 years teaching experience in an accredited Higher Learning Institution
- Strong communication, research and mentorship skills
- Commitment to academic excellence and professional ethics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering lectures and practical training in the respective discipline
- Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials and assessment tools
- Setting, moderating and marking examinations
- Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students
- Participating in curriculum development and institutional activities
