Dear All,

I write to guide on appeal for Loan for all eligible FIRST YEAR STUDENTS WHO DID NOT APPLY DURING THE APPLICATION WINDOW which closed on 24 June 2026. These students (generic and OdEL) may proceed to submit the appeal (essentially a new application). Please note that we have also facilitated inclusion of ODeL students in the HSLGB database who were selected after 24 June, 2026. The appeal window closes on 29 August, 2026. Find appended the guidance for the appeal process.
