- Teaching Certificate from recognized Teacher's Training Colleges
- Atleast 2 year teaching experience.
- Must have confidence in Spoken English.

Tujaliwe chirwa 9yrs old in grade 5 says she loves her school very much.my school has best teachers and they work tirelessly says Tujaliwe who would like to be a surgeon in future.

Everyone is intelligent, says a 9 year old girl.Star Chibwezo as a reception learner enrolled at The Learning Centre in 2013 ,now in grade 5 (standard 7) star has been scooping position one ever since.At her age the little girl is able to appreciate the teachers at her school as kind and responsible citing that they always support the learners effectively .
"I always work hard in class because this is my future and I won't stay with my parents forever says star".the little girl encouraged fellow learners to work hard in class .Star would like to become a Medical doctor when she grows up.
