First Lady Professor Gertrude Mutharika is this Friday expected to engage over 400 students from various colleges in the Southern and Eastern Regions on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) issues affecting young people.

The engagement, scheduled to take place at Nkopola in Mangochi, will be held under the banner of the Organisation of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD).

During the engagement, the First Lady is expected to hear testimonies from young people and discuss the challenges they face both at school and in their homes.

The students are expected to be drawn from Mubarak Complex College, the University of Malawi, DMI-St. John the Baptist University, Domasi College of Education and Malawi College of Health Sciences.
