𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐮 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫!

The C.C.A.P Synod of Livingstonia has appointed Reverend Dr. Brian Theu as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Livingstonia. The announcement has been made at the 40th Biennial General Assembly which has just ended at Kamuzu Academy in Kasungu.

Reverend Dr. Theu was the College Registrar for Ekwendeni Campus.

The position of Vice Chancellor fell vacant following the death of The Very Reverend Associate Professor Timothy Nyasulu in March this year.

Professor Bernard Kamanga has been re-appointed as Deputy Vice Chancellor.

The Synod has also made the following appointments in the University of Livingstonia:

Reverend Wisdom Mwale is now the University Registrar succeeding Reverend Isaac Malongo who has been appointed Principal for Ekwendeni Campus.

Dr. Ronald Chibwe is now the Director of Planning and Development while Reverend Cronon Mazunda is the new University Librarian.

Reverend L. Moyo has been appointed Registrar for Ekwendeni Campus.

Reverend Dr. Levy Nyondo is now the Principal of Kaning'ina Campus. Reverend William Mtika has been appointed Registrar for Kaning'ina Campus.

At the General Assembly, Reverend Wisdom Mwale became the Moderator of the Synod, and Reverend Asaiwe Mwenitete was elected the Moderator Elect. Reverend Dr. William Tembo got re-elected as the General Secretary and Reverend Witken Gama was elected the Deputy General Secretary.
