Operating as usual
We are pleased to announce that Mzuzu Bible College will start classes on Thursday 25th February 2021 for both 1st and 2nd year students.
Due to the temporary closure of schools announced on 17th January 2021 by the President of Malawi, His Excellency Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, Mzuzu Bible College hopes to open during the week starting 8th February 2021.
Unfortunately, we are not enrolling new students this year because of the closure of all schools last year by the Malawi government as a part of a COVID-19 containment strategy. Hopefully, we will take applications for 2022 from September this year.
We are pleased to announce that our academic year will start on the 1st February 2021. At that time, we will only be accepting admissions from our current students who will be finishing their courses that were disturbed by the COVID-19 outbreak mid-March 2020.
50 Souls Saved!
Last week, the College went out on two gospel preaching campaigns - one in the Northern Region and the other in the Southern Region resulting in 50 people being baptised into Christ.
I continue to be amazed, but not surprised, at the power and mercy of the Lord.
Shortly we will be accepting applications for our 2020 intake. More details to follow.
Congratulations to all our graduating MSOP students!
Since 2015, Mzuzu Bible College has worked in partnership with Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver to host an extension school in Malawi. The school and partnership has been a great success. From the 31st October 2018, the Bear Valley Bible Institute extension school will move from the Mzuzu Bible College campus to a new location north of Mzuzu.
This is purely a strategic move to facilitate the further growth of both schools.
All the staff at Mzuzu Bible College are fully supportive of the move and are proud to have played a significant role in the establishment of Bear Valley Bible Institute's presence in Malawi. We wish all the staff and students of Bear Valley Bible Institute Malawi every blessing in Christ.

My latest acquisition. Misused, beaten up - a tired non-runner. I'm planning to bring her back to life by using her as a training vehicle for the engineering students. If you live in Malawi and know of other Defender 110's send me a message :-)
Application forms are now available for our 2017 MSOP student intake. Unfortunately, there will be no intake for the Bear Valley course this year. For further information message us, or contact us through our website.
Luwinga: Gospel Preaching Campaign
We are all travelling out tomorrow on our last two campaign trips. We are going to establish another two congregations: one in the Northern Region and the other in the Central Region. Pray for all of us that we may speak the word of God powerfully that many may be saved.
Well, we had planned a preaching campaign with a team of students for this week to plant a new congregation in an area called Chisengezi. However, checking over our truck we found a broken rear main spring and have had to abandon the trip. We will reschedule. Still, the good news is that this problem won't stop us planting another new congregation this week at a place called Chankhombo on the outskirts of Mzuzu.
The latest edition to the herd.
