Year 1 East have been having an exciting time in Science as they explored our amazing Earth. The learners discovered that the land around us is covered with soil and rocks, and they had so much fun learning about the different types of rocks with different textures and uses. Our little scientists were fascinated to find out how useful rocks are in our everyday lives.

We had an incredible day honoring the rich cultures and heritage of Africa through traditional dances, delicious cuisines, colorful costumes, fun facts, exciting games, and so much more. It was a wonderful celebration of diversity, beauty, and unity that makes Africa so special.
