(a) Undergraduate year 1 to year 2 per semester MWK 275,000.00
(b) Undergraduate year 3 to year 4 per semester MWK 350,000.00
(c) Postgraduate two years programme per semester MWK 900,000.00

> REGISTRATION & APPLICATION FEES
(a) Application Fee: MWK 5,000.00 - non refundable, paid and submitted together with application forms. (b) Registration Fee: MWK50,000.00 only paid once given an offer letter to start school.

UHB TV News

Good morning and welcome to UHB TV News.

Academics first. Classes for full-time, evening, and online, commenced on 3rd August 2026. Weekend classes will begin on 8th August 2026.

The University of Hebron reminds everyone that the July intake is still ongoing. You can still invite your friends and family to join the UHB community.

Speaking to students, Mr. Ariel Chimphinda and Miss Christina Kaunda says this semester looks serious. Lectures have already issued several assignments.

In Union news, newly enrolled students have appreciated the Students Union Publicity Secretary Mr. Khalidwe Kadzakuwani for his effort in helping with various queries.

Student Union President Mr. Jonas Msungambeu told UHB TV that he and his team are ready to deliver on their mandate. He said students should expect a lot from every department of the Union this semester.

Entertainment Director Mr. Philadelphia Chimalizeni says they are organizing a *COSTUME* *PARTY* this August at the University Campus to welcome new students. More details will be announced soon.

Sports Director Mr. Radford Gwengweya said talks are ongoing with other universities. UHB has received an invitation to join the league of private universities, and a decision is yet to be made.

Social Welfare and Sanitation Director Miss Reshma Suleman is in discussions with Mr. Alex Chakula to bring MBTS to campus for a blood donation drive. The aim is to help students save lives.

Religious Welfare Director Mr. Wilson Mkandiwire announced that church clubs, including SCOM, will be launched soon. His department is also in talks with the Gideon Organisation to visit and distribute Bibles to students.

Finally, Student Union Vice President Mr. Sam Banda shared: “ndinalota ng’ona ili ndi mabere”. He says this semester students will see “mabere a ng’ona”.

Welcome to UHB Tv News

The University of Hebron (UHB) has officially released results for the January to June end-of-semester examinations.

In a memo dated 12th July 2026, the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academics, Research Innovation and Publication, Dr. Kondwani Kamchacha, informed all students that the results are now available on the UHB Student Management Information System (SMIS).

The university noted that:
- Only students without fee balances will be able to access their results. Students are encouraged to clear balances to view results and to confirm if they have supplementary exams.

- Supplementary and Deferred examinations are scheduled for 20th to 23rd July 2026.

- Only students with no fee balances will be allowed to sit for deferred exams.

The university also announced that the next semester will commence on 1st August 2026.

Dr. Kamchacha wished students the best during the holiday and as they prepare for the new semester.
