Water is indeed life. Without access to adequate, safe and portable water women, girls and children are the worst hit in the rural Dzoole community. Due to many hours spent in a queue women miss out on important economic activities, girls report for classes late and sometimes miss them, children suffer most of hygiene-related infections both skin diseases and diarrhea. Future4All in partnership with Wilde Ganzen Foundation, Vastenactie, Help Malawi-Nederland and the royal people of Netherlands has provided a solar-powered water system to about 2000 people in Dzoole Community to reduce the impacts of the long-stay water shortage.

Early childhood development is vital for the success of generations. Future4All in Malawi supports over a hundred children at a community Pamchenga Child Daycare Centre in Dzoole Village with pre-school, day-care services and feeding programmes. Bringing children to the Centre also gives parents opportunity to be productively involved in economic and agricultural activities. It also gives chance to older children, mostly girls to go to school instead of staying at home taking care of their siblings.
