Dr. Gareth reminded us we all carry a “backpack” in our minds and a load shared is a load lighter. Our teachers brought it to life with a kind & hilarious skit. Year 2 stole the show modelling top behaviour and our Peacock Feathers & Captains made us proud leading by example. Heart, laughter, and real talk all in one assembly. Let’s keep checking in and lifting each other up 🤝

Our *Year 3 Assembly* was full of heart🌟 Students showed us what *Model Behaviour* looks like with their powerful message: bullying does not pay👏
Huge congrats to our new *Pen License* holders for outstanding handwriting ✍️ and to our *Captains & Peacock Feathers of the Week*🦚 You’re setting the bar high for 3rd term!

Our Year 4 assembly introduced this term’s theme: *“Model Behaviour”* — with a special focus on how we can take care of our Earth. From switching off lights to picking up litter, our learners are ready to lead by example.

We celebrated *World Dance Day* with a beautiful Sri Lankan dance that had everyone clapping along! 💃 A huge _zikomo_ to the *St. Andrew’s Primary School* headmaster for joining us and making the day even more special.

And what a finale! We were treated to an incredible *origami display by our guest from India* — turning simple paper into art and reminding us that small actions can create beauty for our planet.
