Subject : COMMENCEMENT OF LOAN BONDING
The MUBAS SRC would like to inform the student community that the Loans Board is now
available on campus for the Loan Bonding process which has been set to take place from
today 1:30PM.
The process shall start with collection of coupons and forms from the SRC OFFICE located
behind Kapeni B hostel (formerly known as the wardens’ house). The filled forms will then
be processed at the cafeteria.
The only forms being processed today are for those from the surnames range A-D and a
detailed schedule of the process for the rest of the will be released to the community soon.
The SRC would therefore like to request all students to be associated with the process to be
available on campus.

As we are drawing closer to opening date, fraudsters have yet gone a mile in milking students money by using accommodation as a trap.
They are calling students and ask them to deposit accommodation fee so as to secure there accommodation on campus hostels.

The fraudsters are introducing themselves as the Registra of MUBAS and they immediately cut the call when they realize that they cannot steal from you.
They are using 0884830468 and the number is registered as Evance Banda.
CAUTION: Do not send money to unknown people for you to secure campus accommodation because all transactions are done at the bank using students account number that is present on every students SMIS account.
