Sweppa management at all times recognizes the importance of valuing its staff.

To appreciate their hard work, passion and dedication throughout the year, the managers yet again organized a plan of action where Team Sweppa Blantyre & Team Sweppa Mulanje joined for a little “gate away” team building trip to Mulanje.

As our schools are continually growing, one way of striving to making Sweppa greater is to ensure our staff are happy at all times.

Pleasing staff involves promoting a healthy work - life balance, reducing stress & encouraging wellness along side workplace expectations.

Our team building experience at Dziwe La Nkhalamba in Mulanje was another important step towards achieving our goals for the year 2025. Thanks to Gateway Lodge for hosting us. We enjoyed their warm hospitality, meals and buffets including cheerful staff and management.
